For products ready in stock, the times are 1/2 days for Italy; 3/5 days for Europe; 7/10 days for North America; 7/15 days for the rest of the world.
For standard products temporarily unavailable, for customized or made-to-measure products, the production and shipping times are approximately 6/8 weeks, or more due to delays in shipping or customs

For non-EU countries, customs duties are not included and must be paid locally if required by laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not able to know the possible customs duties of all countries: certainly, based on our shipments, we know that for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada apply import taxes and local taxes.

Yes, on request it is possible to have custom-made boots, for height, width, choice of color and leather or even based on the customer’s design (click on the custom boots page or send an email for information)

Given the wide variability of designs, sizes, finishes, accessories, quantity of leather required, it is not possible to quantify a price without first knowing the required workmanship. As a general indication, overprice for custom-made models vary from 30/50 euros (simple customizations without particular modifications) to 100/120 euros (customer’s design, long and complex modifications and workmanship, greater height, etc.) compared to the similar standard model.

The pages of the individual models show the main measurements of the boots for foot size, calf or leg circumference. Given the great variability of foot measurement systems in the world, which often do not match perfectly and there are no perfectly comparable tables, it is not possible to give absolutely certain measurements: we always recommend contacting us to check together
